City Now: City Future
An open call, a selection process and an exhibition.
The Museum of London invited Clare Cumberlidge to develop and co-commission an Open Call inviting proposals for live projects which offer a proposition for urban change. The Open Call positioned the Museum of London as an active participant in debates about the future of the city. Responses were received from architects, designers, artists, engineers, activists, ecologists and community organisations. The process enabled the Museum and Londoners to understand how people are speculating on, or demonstrating, how to create positive change in London.
